Use these pages when changing the Sills repository itself: package boundaries, contribution rules, evaluation expectations, and release process.
Repository architecture
Skills are canonical public packages; shared installer and audit tooling live under packages; schemas and standards remain shared; web/docs is the public content source.
Evaluation
Evaluations include positive and negative activation prompts, seeded defects, known-good counterexamples, ambiguous manual-review cases, Claude and Codex runs, repeatability, evidence integrity, and report validation.
Contributing
Keep skills procedural, references focused, reports evidence-based, npm and website metadata aligned, and all behaviour report-only.
Release process
Update workspace versions, run tests and package checks, then merge to main or push a version tag. The protected release workflow skips versions already present on npm and publishes sills-audit last.
